Positive: The apartment is clean, light and spacious. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holidays: fridge, cooker , cutlery, tableware. There is even washing machine in the bathroom! The residence is situated in short distance to the beach, different cafes and restaurants. The public transport that takes you to Rimini city centre is in 5 minutes walk from residence and easy to use. A gem of the property is a lovely, friendly and very helpful Antonella!!!! She is always there to help! She helped us with any information about local area, give us advice about any sightseeing and even offered to meet and see us off to the airport as we have two little children!! Thank you Antonella for relaxing and enjoying stay!!

Positive: An absolutely fantastic stay! Our experience at this location was wonderful from start to finish. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with great local recommendations that made our trip even better. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything we wanted to see and do, and yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The room itself was lovely and enought to fit all 5 of us. Highly recommend!

Positive: The apartment has the essentials needed and it was clean. We felt very welcomed as the host prepared for us some beverages in the fridge (juice, water, local wine) and snacks, and kept in touch with us before and during the stay for any question or needs. Our 5 nights stay at the Resicence Yellow was nice. It is a good and safe place to stay, near the beach, bus station and Coop market and in addition in a quiet area. Also, on the day of departure, she was kind to take us to the train station.

Negative: The mattress and pillows require change in the future.
